1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the HockeyBook application operated by RS SKALA s.r.o., ID: 23027495 (hereinafter 'the Service'), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HockeyBook is a platform for managing hockey teams, leagues, and tournaments. It enables event organization, roster management, game statistics tracking, team communication, payment management, and league administration. The Service is available as a web and mobile application.

3. User account

Registration is required to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account

4. Rules of use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate the rights of other users or legal provisions
• Distribute inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system or other users' data
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Misuse the Service in a way that could harm its operation or other users

5. Intellectual property

The HockeyBook platform, including its design, code, logo, and content, is protected by copyright. User-created content (statistics, team information) remains the property of the respective users. You grant us a license to display this content within the operation of the Service.

6. Service availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Service, but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from the use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Changes to terms

We may occasionally update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
